Thank you for choosing Lune & Brush! We specialize in creating custom, hand-painted pet tumblers, and we’re excited to deliver your unique product to you. Please review this Shipping Policy to understand our process, timelines, and other important details.
1. Order Processing & Production Time
Because each pet tumbler is hand-painted and custom-made, we require time to create your order before it ships.
- Production Time: It takes 8–12 business days to complete your tumbler before it is shipped out.
- Once your tumbler is ready, we will email you to confirm that your package has left our facility.
2. Shipping Times
Shipping times begin from the date your order is shipped (after production is complete).
- US Express Shipping: 5–10 business days.
- International Shipping: Timelines vary depending on your location, local customs procedures, and carrier efficiency. Typically, international orders take 10–25 business days after shipping.
Note: These timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your custom tumbler to you as quickly as possible.
3. Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping on All Orders: We are pleased to offer free shipping worldwide for every order.
- While shipping is free, please note that additional fees such as import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply (see Section 4 for details).
4. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
- Worldwide Shipping Available: We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. However, if your country is not listed at checkout, we may not be able to ship to your region at this time.
- Import Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees when it arrives in your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
- Restricted Addresses: We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. If you have questions about shipping to a specific location, please contact us at support@luneandbrush.com.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email with the confirmation so you can track your package online.
- Please allow a few days for the carrier to update tracking information in their system. If you have trouble tracking your order, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.
6. Undeliverable or Lost Packages
- Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we will contact you to resolve the issue. You may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
- Lost Packages: If you suspect your package is lost, please contact us at support@luneandbrush.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
For information about returns, refunds, or replacements, please refer to our . In most cases, we do not require customers to send items back; if a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within the eligible timeframe.
